ABP’s Management Structure is such that it can support up to 8-10 medium sized projects operating concurrently.
CONSTRUCTION FUNCTIONS
DIRECTORS - The Directors are involved in the business daily and take all of the key decisions for each project. Naturally this ensures the successful completion of projects and ABP's operational, strategic and financial goals.
PROJECT DIRECTOR - coordinates all of the Project Managers on all of the active projects and signs off all claims and contracts. Takes decisions on the course of the project and is responsible for programme and technical matters.
PROJECT MANAGER - coordinates the project and liases with the site team & client or clients representative to ensure the successful completion of all phases to meet programme & budget. Is responsible for all project-related matters including site & office matters.
SITE MANAGER - manages all site-based processes and persons on site. Is responsible for delivery of site inductions and maintenance of the progress on site and skilled application of trades and general building work.
