At ABP we have an experienced internal team and an exceptional network of consultants who comfortably operate in a Design and Construct environment. We have both the resources and the intellectual capacity to be able to undertake Design & Construct Contracts from proposal through to handover and beyond.
We can operate with either a concept, partially to fully documented proposals, or using a previous or sample development as a specification for us to apply to the current proposal.
We are happy to initiate and manage the process on behalf of a client from inception to completion and always ensure to understand those items that are most important to the client.
